Try-it-Tuesday – workout motivation? 

So I’m going to try something as I’ve recently been slumping with my motivation to workout..was sick last week so this week is when I get back into it…and I’ve made a deal with my roommate…I can only wash my hair if I’ve worked out. And I’m a sucker for showers and my hair gets oily after a day so this could be the best form of cruel therapy for me to back into the swing of it. It’s so hard even after a week or two of not being in your exercise routine to get back into it like…how and why? 😫 anyways rant and winge over damn my emotional self hahaha.


Anyone have any other motivation tips?Hope everyone’s having a great week ✌️❤️
