So it’s been a while since I had a good gym and exercise sesh due to a number of factors, my grandma passing away, coldness, sickness and schedules and life happens you know. Plus on a more persona level I’ve been a bit stressed, and emotional. So today finally I cut the crap and excuses and went for the first time in a few weeks! Damn it felt good and like my therapy, I’ll slowly learn to love it again! My goal is fitness. I was so scared at first because I’d gone from my rhythm and motivation for gym in the past. But Afterwards my neighbour saw me and provided me some words of encouragement and it boosted me so much! So all in all, never too late. Just do it. Whatever you want and out your mind too, you’re the magician and hold the keys to YOU! Go love yourself!
