I’m usually incredibly lazy with making smoothies. I aspire to be one of those people that have them post work out for breakfast every morning, but often I’m in a rush and I skip breakfast altogether.
NOT TODAY THOUGH. I actively decided to wake up early, and give myself enough time to prepare. I really want to work on this, instead of hitting that alarm over and over again, and staying in bed where it’s nice and warm. I might turn this into a ‘thirty-days-makes-a-habit’ type situation, who knows. Anyway I whipped this up after going to the gym this morning: 1 banana, 1 apple, spoonful of chia seeds, handful of kale, some ice cubes and a splash of water.
It feels amazing when you make yourself start doing something you’ve been meaning to do for ages!
